CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market will open its Dallas doors on Wednesday, April 1, introducing an expansive food menu, curated cocktail program and over 100 taps along with a rooftop patio that is one of the first in Preston Center. The Dallas restaurant marks the brand’s first Texas location, designed for everyday dining, group gatherings, and private events with a space that offers indoor and outdoor seating and the ability to host over 500 guests.
Brought to life by Founder PJ L’Heureux and President & COO Scott Frank in partnership with Tom Gaglardi, owner of the Dallas Stars and Moxies Restaurants, the Dallas location continues the brand’s vision of bringing great food, drinks and community together under one roof. The Dallas opening also marks the brand’s entry into the U.S. and reflects CRAFT’s approach to building restaurants that support local producers, work with nearby breweries, and engage with the surrounding community.
“At CRAFT, our passion has always been delivering an experience that feels both personal and memorable,” said PJ L’Heureux, founder of CRAFT. “As we officially open our newest location in Preston Center, we’re excited to create a unique place where the Dallas community can get together for any occasion.”
The menu features guest favorites alongside new additions including Miso Salmon, Steak Bites, and Sushi, alongside bowls, steaks, pastas, shareable starters, burgers, with weekend brunch served until 2 p.m. The drink menu includes cocktails such as the Strawberry Mezcalrita, Frozen Sangarita, Espresso Shaft and Strawberry Yuzu Pisco Sour, in addition to local Dallas breweries including Peticolas Brewing Company and Celestial Beerworks, plus premium wines and spirits. Guests can visit the restaurant on weekdays from 3 to 6 p.m. for happy hour, offering discounts on bites like the Spicy Ahi Tacos, Queen Bee Pizza and CRAFT Smash Burger alongside a variety of brews, wines and signature drinks.
In addition to the main dining room, the rooftop patio offers sunset views and flexible layouts for private and semi-private events. The restaurant accepts reservations for groups of all sizes and offers dedicated private spaces for events, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 300 guests who reserve a table for April 1 or later will receive a $20 gift card to use on a future visit. Guests dining on grand opening day can also enjoy special activations throughout the afternoon including social media giveaways and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
