How can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a CRAFT gift card using the links above. You can purchase a digital or physical gift card.
How can I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance online, or come in to any CRAFT location and we will check it for you.
Where can I use my gift card?
Our gift cards can be used at any CRAFT Beer Market location across Canada. You can also use a gift card for online pick up orders.
Does my gift card expire?
CRAFT gift cards never expire. *Excludes promotional bonus cards*
I ordered an online gift card, how do I know that it has been sent?
When placing an e-gift card order you will be prompted to select a delivery date. The delivery date determines when the card will be emailed. For immediate delivery, there may be a slight delay in sending. You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase and order information. *Please ensure you double check junk and spam folders for the gift card.
How long does it take to ship a physical gift card?
Shipping options are available when checking out. All gift cards are sent from our head office in Calgary and shipping times will vary by location.
My gift card was lost/stolen. How can I replace it?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards and will not be able to replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Can I reload my gift card after I’ve spent the full value?
Not at this time.
